Menstruation is the sloughing and discharge of the lining of the uterus if conception dose not take place. Every month, your body prepares for pregnancy. If no pregnancy occurs, the uterus, or womb, sheds its lining. This cycle is typically 28 days in length but may vary from 21 to 42 days.
The menstrual blood is partly blood and partly tissue from inside the uterus. It passes out of the body through the vagina, you may also have

- Headache and fatigue.
