SATURDAY DIY: Chin Chin Recipe



Chin Chin is a sweet crunchy deep-fried snack  that is easy to prepare.

FOR COMMERCIAL CHIN CHIN RECIPE:

INGREDIENTS
 
♦️ Flour 1kg

♦️ Sugar 150-250g

♦️ Margarine 100g

♦️ Baking powder 1/3 tsp(optional)

♦️ Milk flavour 2 tsp levelled vanilla flavour 2tsp levelled 

♦️ Nutmeg 1tsp leveled(optional)

♦️ Water( enough to make firm dough)
Eggs

♦️ Groundout oil for frying (optional).

PROCEDURE

♦️ Add all the dry ingredients in one bowel. 

♦️ In the next bowel beat the eggs and add the eggs to the dry ingredients mix together.

♦️ then add your water enough to make dough.

♦️ Next you knead your dough on the kneading  board after that cut it into pieces. 

♦️ Next heat your oil and pour your chin chin  gently and stir till it turns brown transfer it to a plate and allow it to cool that's it.

Your sweet chin chin is ready.
